EMDR Therapy — 80 minutes

Extended sessions designed specifically for EMDR processing. Trauma reprocessing work benefits from a longer, uninterrupted block of time, allowing us to fully engage in and complete a processing sequence without feeling rushed.

Couples Therapy — 60 minutes

For partners working through conflict, disconnection, communication breakdowns, or major life transitions. The extra time allows space for both perspectives and real repair work within the session.

Individual Therapy — 50 minutes

One-on-one sessions focused on anxiety, trauma, substance use, high-functioning stress, or caregiving challenges — tailored to what you're navigating right now.

How you can benefit:

For: People who feel like their mind won't turn off — overthinking, worry, or a constant low hum of unease, even when things "look fine" on the outside.

What it addresses: Racing thoughts, difficulty relaxing, perfectionism, burnout, and the exhaustion of always being "on."

Outcome: Learning to quiet the noise, trust yourself again, and feel calm without needing everything to be perfectly under control.

Anxiety & Stress

For: People questioning their relationship with alcohol or substances — whether that's a long-standing struggle or something that's crept up gradually, especially alongside anxiety, trauma, or high-functioning stress.

What it addresses: Using substances to cope, numb, or manage emotions; the shame or secrecy that often surrounds it; the fear of "having a problem" versus just needing support; and the ways substance use and trauma often feed each other.

Outcome: A non-judgmental space to look honestly at what's happening and why — building healthier coping tools and addressing what's underneath the substance use, not just the behavior itself.

Substance Use & Addiction

(Licensed Addiction Counselor/LAC)

For: People carrying the weight of past experiences — whether a single significant event or an accumulation of smaller ones — that still affect how they feel, react, or trust today.

What it addresses: Flashbacks, emotional triggers, hypervigilance, numbness, or feeling "stuck" in old patterns despite wanting to move forward.

Outcome: Using EMDR, we process what's been unresolved so the past stops running the show — helping you feel more present, safe, and in control of your own story.

Trauma & PTSD (EMDR)

For: Individuals or couples navigating conflict, disconnection, communication breakdowns, or major life transitions affecting their relationships.

What it addresses: Recurring arguments, feeling unheard or unseen, difficulty being vulnerable, or relationships that feel more like roommates than partners.

Outcome: Rebuilding real connection — learning to communicate, repair, and feel close again, not just coexist.

Relationships

For: Successful, capable people — the ones everyone else relies on — who look like they have it together but are quietly overwhelmed, exhausted, or running on empty underneath.

What it addresses: The gap between how you appear and how you feel; perfectionism, difficulty asking for help, burnout that no one else can see, or the sense that you should be fine because everything looks fine.

Outcome: Permission to stop holding it all together alone — building real, sustainable ways to feel supported and whole, not just high-functioning.

High-Achievers & "Invisible" Struggles

For: Adults caring for a parent facing a neurodegenerative disease or sharp cognitive/physical decline — often while also managing their own career, family, and life.

What it addresses: Anticipatory grief, role reversal, guilt, burnout, and the isolating feeling that no one else understands what this particular kind of loss feels like.

Outcome: Space to grieve what's changing — and what's already been lost — while finding sustainable ways to show up for your parent without losing yourself in the process.

Caregiver Support (Aging & Declining Parents)

I draw from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), mindfulness, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) — not as separate boxes to check, but as tools I move between based on what's actually needed in the room. Some sessions are more structured and skills-based; others are about processing something specific from the past or clarifying what matters most to you moving forward.

My approach is best described as integrative and trauma-informed — grounded in evidence-based methods, but always adapted to fit you as a person, not a diagnosis. I believe healing happens through genuine connection first, technique second.

What Therapeutic Modalities Do You Use?

In sessions, expect real conversation, not a rigid formula. We'll start by understanding what's going on and what you're hoping for, then move at a pace that feels right for you — sometimes that means going deep into something specific, other times it means building tools you can use right away.

Most clients tell me they feel more at ease than they expected, especially after the first session or two. There's no pressure to have the "right" words or a polished story — just space to be honest.

You can expect consistent support, a non-judgmental space, and a therapist who's genuinely invested in your progress — not just listening, but actively working alongside you.

Over time, many clients notice less anxiety and reactivity, a stronger sense of groundedness, healthier relationships, and — for those processing trauma — a real shift in how the past feels when they think about it now. Change isn't always fast, but it's real, and we'll track it together.

A free 15–20 minute call — no pressure, just a chance to share what's going on and see if we're a good fit.
